The new generation Peugeot 107 due for release in 2009 gets a better look, higher fuel rating, and is designed to be a lot greener with lower emissions.
The Peugeot 107 has a new youthful look with its chrome detailing, new front bumper look, and design for its wheel trim.
The new face of the Peugeot 107 gives it an image of toughness and a cross link grill for the air intake gives it a friendly city look. The car manufacturer also incorporated side vents which can accommodate the option for fog lamps.
This city car is also prepared to roll on the road in style with the new Cordouan wheel trims with a seven-spoke design. The rear of the car highlights a wide dark windscreen that separates the tail lights. A rear bumper that’s wrap around the chassis is enhanced for safety.
The interior features upholstery that matches the line of colors for the exteriors.
The Urban version of the car has a black background with exciting highlights that matches the color of the car’s body. The Alcantara leather can now be in black stitched down with silver-gray threads. The panel, the gear know, and steering wheel have also been modified to make the interior more cozier.
The 2009 107 is still spreading the love for mother earth with an improvement of 2% for its fuel consumption compared to the older version. The car has an impressive 62.8 mpg UK or 52.3 mpg US. The manufacturer also made sure that CO2 emissions are improved. The new Peugeot 107 emits 106g/km, a bit more friendly than the previous 109g/km.
The Peugeot 107 is set to hit the European market by January of 2009.
